SEMANTIC CHANGE - Confirmed and unconfirmed stats in the feed

We will provide new statistics as soon as there are changes in the feed, regardless of whether those changes were confirmed as correct by the feed provider. IsConfirmed flag is added to the data contracts to signify whether the statistics are calculated from confirmed feed or not.
