Fixture reliability

In live feed, we forward the fixture reliability status, that is provided to us by the match state feed provider.
Feed reliability is strongly influenced by betting needs, so it can become unreliable in the context of betting, but be reliable in the context of stats.
When fixture status becomes Finished then feed becomes unreliable. This is expected behaviour and signals that the fixture and the feed has ended.
